About
Annabelle applies systems thinking to leadership, growth, and change, shaping a broad career that spans diplomacy, trade, organisational psychology, and leadership development. She has supported high-growth ventures, global organisations, and government agencies through pivotal moments of transformation.
She has held senior positions at KPMG High Growth Ventures, New Zealand Trade and Enterprise (NZTE), and Creative HQ, and was the UK & Ireland Regional Lead for the World Economic Forum’s Global Shapers Community. She currently sits on the Steering Committee and leads the Innovation Lab for the Future 50.
Annabelle is a trusted voice on the future of leadership and global business. She regularly shares her insights as a guest lecturer at the University of Auckland Business School (where she has taught over 1,000 students), an industry roundtable host at Melbourne Fashion Week, an invited speaker at the Cambridge Union, and a mentor to emerging founders through UNSW and Startmate.
Her leadership development work includes designing and delivering programs for the award-winning WiNS & WiNSPIRE programme at ANU’s National Security College, Australia’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, and Leading Initiatives Worldwide (LIW).
Beyond this, Annabelle is recognised by the OECD for her leadership in public sector innovation, and brings deep expertise in human-centred frameworks - design thinking, jobs-to-be-done. She sits on the advisory boards of Pact (a sustainable investment platform) and Impactic (a Microsoft Tech for Impact Partner).
Her approach blends international business acumen with organisational psychology, human-centred design, and dyslexic thinking - enabling leaders to navigate complexity, unlock clarity, and move forward with confidence and purpose.
